Magnanimous Matilda - 24th of August

Happy Birthday to a Marvelous Woman!

It has been my genuine pleasure to know this human being for the past 18 years.

I have watched Matilda grow enormously in spirit and fortitude and am hugely proud to call her my other daughter.

One of the best things (to me) about Matilda is that she is always questioning 'Why?' Simply because something has always been done one way does not necessarily mean it should remain so.

A fierce advocate for women's issues and the underdog, Matilda will stand her ground, fight for what is right and push hard for equal rights for women.

When I was a younger woman I thought the good and valid fight would have been won by now.  It is a no brainier to me.  Any person performing the same work should be receiving the same rate of pay.  EASY to begin here and make things right for every woman.

Matilda cares deeply about others and their well-being.  She is a staunch fighter against domestic abuse and any violence towards women.  You want this woman in your corner.

All whom love Matilda were devastated to see her lose her own Mother far before her time.  Matilda performed one of the most difficult jobs on the planet by being caregiver to her extremely ill Mother.  She asked questions and did everything humanly possible to give her Mum a good ending.  No one doubted that she would do a stellar job; everyone was concerned, yet...Matilda soldiered on in every way imaginable.  Her Mother already knew she had given birth to a very special, strong, and capable daughter.  There is no way her Mother could be any MORE proud of Matilda than when she was living on Earth.

To be in Matilda's space, her light, makes you appreciate the goodness of humankind.

We wish you, Matilda, the happiest and most fun-filled Birthday possible.  Be safe as you make your way across the vast land of America and celebrate wholly with your extended family branch in England.

We celebrate YOU.

Another year older...another year wiser!

CHEERS,
Blanco and Tinto...ROAM to US SOON, please.

PS: Please excuse any typos.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MATILDA!
BEST WISHES.
STAY SAFE.

Blanco & Tinto xxo
